Just about any page you like! We recommend at least a Home page, About page, Contact page, Services or Info page, and Portfolio or Blog page. We're happy to be flexible and adapt to your unique business needs.

Apart from the five page limit, we do need to impose a few restrictions on more complex pages because they take a bit longer, falling outside of the scope. This includes:
Collection pages (Blog, Portfolio, and Shop pages): For collection pages, we will only build the cover page and one collection item (1x blog post, 1x portfolio project, or 1x product). If you have more content or products to add, you can do this yourself after the end of the project by simply duplicating the item and following our step by step tutorials, OR purchase an add-on for us to take care of it for you.
Courses and Member Sites: These complex pages are not included. If you would like these added to your site, we can do this for an additional fee.

The Essentials package only includes five pages. If you would like to add more pages or features, we can certainly do so at an additional cost. Let’s chat!

Yes! Squarespace has a great built-in e-commerce feature available for all Squarespace sites. Learn more about it here.

To start on your website, we'll need to have access to your brand assets (like your logo), your copy (aka your website words) for each page of your website, and high resolution professional photographs of you, your business, and your products. We'll ask you to upload these to our shared client portal so that we can easily access them.

In addition to the website build, you will need to purchase:
A Squarespace subscription, starting from $16 per month for a Personal Plan. Plus, you’ll get 25% off the first year of any annual plans!
A domain, generally ranging from $10 - $40 per year. You can get your domain for FREE for the 1st year when you purchase an annual Squarespace subscription.

If DIY is not on your list, we'll be happy to keep your website updated for you. Just book in an Hour of Power! If you think you'll need more help than that on a regular basis, get in touch to learn more about our monthly retainers at a discounted rate.

Yes! Squarespace is an amazing option for small businesses just like you. It's highly flexible, totally customisable, and super user-friendly with its easy drag and drop editor. Plus, we'll teach you everything you need to know about your site and how to maintain it in our 1:1 training session at the end of the project.

We can't start your project without at least a few professional photos. We recommend having those ready before you book your project though feel free to get in touch to discuss the project already!
If professional photos aren’t on the cards, we can also help source unique stock photos that match your brand and website vibe for you for a small extra fee. Don’t worry, no generic stock here! We’ll make sure they are unique, editorial, and right on brand.If you want to look for stock photos yourself, Unsplash, Kaboompics, and Pexels are great places to find some.

That's totally fine! We can either give it a full refresh during your website project, or if it only needs a few tweaks, take a look at our Website Day Dreamer package instead. We can repurpose or import any existing website content into your sparkling new website too.

Yes! This is a design intensive where we will be working closely together to create your website as swiftly and efficiently as we can. This involves a certain level of back and forth and input on your behalf so that we can create the exact website that you've been dreaming of. The quicker you can provide feedback at each stage, the better the outcome. This will also ensure that we stay on schedule.

Our client portal has a Chat feature for easy back and worth! We also use Loom for video walkthroughs and Google Meet if we need to have a face to face chat.

A 50% deposit must be paid ahead of time to book in the project. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the project is complete, right before we transfer site ownership to you.
You can pay invoices online via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Before we hand your new website over to you, we'll schedule a training session, walking you through your website and the basics of how to use it so that you can make your own simple updates in the future without having to pay a pro. Of course, if you need help in the future, we’re always here to help!

Absolutely! The Express Website is designed to get you online fast with the essentials. You can always expand your website later as your business grows, either with support sessions or a future upgrade.

Not necessarily! If you don't have a logo or defined brand identity yet, we can incorporate our Mini-Brand add-on. This will give you a cohesive look and feel to use across your new website. Please note this would add some extra time to the project.

This package doesn’t include copywriting, but we are more than happy to help refine your content and guide the structure so everything flows clearly. To help you along, we also provide a detailed copy guide workbook in the client portal.
