  • Anything and everything that you might need help with on your Squarespace site! Whether that's maintenance, updates, or optimization. Get in touch with your to-do list and we'll let you know what we can do to help!

  • No worries! Once we know a little more about what you need help with, we'll give you a quote and estimate of how long it might take. If we go over an hour, we'll simply invoice you for the exact amount of time we've spent on your project.

  • We'll get your project completed within 24-48hours (M-F). Let us know if it's urgent and we can often get it done quicker (depending on availability)!

  • We'll invoice you once the work has been completed for however long we've spent on your project. You can pay the invoice online via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • We'll need full administrator access to your site so that we can go in and make the updates needed (don't worry we'll let you know how to add us to your site). Then, depending on what you need us to fix, we might also need access to content (for example if you want us to update images), fonts and color palette details (if you want us to update site styles), or plugin info (if you want us to install a plugin).
