  • Anything and everything that you might need help with on your Squarespace site! Whether that's maintenance, updates, or optimization. Get in touch with your to-do list and we'll let you know what we can do to help.

  • Once we know a little more about what you need help with, we'll give you a quote and estimate of how long it might take. If we go over an hour, we'll simply invoice you for the exact amount of time we've spent on your project. For larger projects, we recommend booking a half day or full day package.

  • We'll get your project completed within 24-48hours (M-F). Let us know if it's urgent and we can often get it done quicker (depending on availability)!

  • For hourly support, we’ll invoice you once the work has been completed for however long we've spent on your project. You can pay the invoice online via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

    For half or full day packages, a 50% deposit must be paid ahead of time to book in the project. The remaining balance will be invoiced once all the updates are complete.

  • We'll need full administrator access to your Squarespace site so that we can go in and make the updates needed (don't worry we'll let you know how to add us to your site) as well as any relevant content, like any branding, images, or copy.
